
Pinterest opens Singapore office
This is its second office in the region after launching in Tokyo in 2013.
Visual discovery engine Pinterest has opened its office in Singapore, which will service Southeast Asia and India, as part of its expanding work in the region, an announcement revealed.
This is Pinterest’s second office in the region after they launched their Tokyo office in 2013.
Pinterest said that the Asia-Pacific (APAC) is one of their fastest-growing regions, and the Singaporean office will work with brands, publishers and creators. In particular, the app noted users from India, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines, whose interests reportedly circle around food, home decor, fashion and travel.
The Pinterest Singapore team is said to already be working with regional partners such as Vogue India and Miss Malini in India and MasakTV, Tastemade and Femina Magazine in Indonesia.
