Sabana Industrial REIT secures new tenant for Tuas facility
The new tenant will occupy 64% of the space.
Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd., manager of Sabana Industrial REIT, has signed a new tenant for its Sabana@1TA4 property.
The tenant, a leading Singaporean interior products manufacturer, will occupy 64% of the space, including a three-storey warehouse, production area, and office. Sabana@1TA4, completed in July 2024, is located near Tuas Crescent MRT station.
The tenant, with over 40 years of industry experience, serves both local and international markets. Their new office will feature sustainable materials and eco-friendly designs, reflecting their commitment to green practices.
Solar panels, currently being installed, will be operational by the end of 2024, making Sabana@1TA4 a net positive energy building.

Meanwhile, the remaining 50,000 square feet of space is available for lease, targeting logistics users.
Rental contributions from the new tenant are expected from Q1 2025, pending approvals.
