Sabana Industrial REIT secures URA permit for 1 Tuas Avenue enhancements
The project is expected to comprise around 156,000 sqf warehouse, production, and ancillary office.
Sabana Industrial REIT has obtained provisional permission from the Urban Redevelopment Authority for the enhancement of the 1 Tuas Avenue 4 Asset.
The project comprises around 156,000 square foot warehouse, production, and ancillary office.
It will also include a verdant green drop-off canopy seamlessly integrated with the surrounding public greeneries.

“Demand for warehouses continues to be a bright spot based on our leasing enquiries and the positive response that we are seeing. Going the route of additions and alterations will enable us to achieve a relatively shorter project timeline and at the same time, maximise the use of the existing building structure,” Donald Han, CEO of the Manager of Sabana Industrial REIT, said.

After the provisional permission, the project is targeted to obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit by the first half of 2024.
