The property has a guide price of $10.5m. Foreign buyers are eligible for purchase and no Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) will be imposed.

The EOI will close on 23 April 2024, Tuesday at 3pm.
