It is 50% co-owned with UOL.
According to DBS, more new launches are coming in the following quarters. Going forward, DBS believes the progressive launch of The Jervois as well as recognition of progressive billings from Archipelago would underpin residential contributions.
The planned new launch of the Bright Hill Drive site (50% co-owned with UOL) should also lift residential contributions in 2H13.
