Starhill Global REIT net property income hops 0.6% in its Q3
The investment trust said its income was stable amidst uncertainties caused by the pandemic.
Starhill Global REIT recorded a net property income of $35.4m for the third quarter of the 2020-2021 fiscal year, a 0.6% increase from the same period last year.
The Singapore-based investment firm has assets in Singapore, Australia and Malaysia, 86% of which are retail and 14% of which are office spaces.
It expects the vaccine rollout to be positive for the global economy and its businesses, but still remains cautious about the COVID-19 related uncertainties.
"We will continue to monitor the impact of the pandemic on tenants’ businesses so as to render necessary assistance while maintaining financial robustness given the fluidity of COVID-19," the company said in a disclosure to the Singapore Exchange.
