Three freehold corner shophouses to go on sale
Savills Singapore will serve as the exclusive marketing agent for the sale.
Unit numbers 47, 49, and 51 along Kreta Ayer Road are on sale, Savills Singapore announced.
Located at the junction of Keong Saik Road and Kreta Ayer Road, the row of three-storey shophouses sit on a combined land of around 5,610 square feet (sq. ft.), with an estimated total built-up area of around 11,613 sq. ft.
Food and beverage spaces are also available for the entire ground floor.
Popular establishments in the area include KeSa House, The Working Capitol, Potato Head, and restaurants such as Meta and Thevar.
“Given the properties’ rarity and excellent attributes, coupled with the close proximity to the upcoming Maxwell MRT Station and Outram Park MRT Interchange Station, it presents an exceptional opportunity to acquire a row of charming shophouses in an exciting and fast-growing precinct that is still undergoing urban transformation,” said Yap Hui Yee, Senior Director, Investment Sales & Capital Markets, Savills Singapore.
The properties sit on land zoned for Commercial use, with foreigners and companies being able to purchase the companies. No Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty or Seller’s Stamp Duty will be imposed on the purchase of the properties.
Currently, the guide price of the three properties is at $49m, with approximately $4,219 per square foot on the floor area. An Expression of Interest exercise will be conducted for the sale, which closes on 15 March, Tuesday at 3 pm.
