The tenders for the sites closed on 3 November.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has announced the winners of the tenders for the Hillview Rise and Bukit Timah Link sites.
With a $320.77m bid, Far East Civil Engineering (Pte.) Limited and Sekisui House, Ltd won the tender for the Hillview Rise site.
The Bukit Timah Link site went to Bukit One Pte. Ltd for $200m.
The two sites were offered for sale via tender on 99-year lease terms on 31 August. The tenders for the sites closed on 3 November.
