Yanlord’s Suhe Century project sold out at launch with $902.4m pre-sales
The property's average selling price was $155,290 per sqm.
Yanlord Land Group’s Suhe Century property in Shanghai, China was sold out, earning around $902.4b (RMB4.316b) pre-sales at the inaugural launch last 11 July.
In a statement, Yanlord said a total of 942 qualified customers registered for interest to purchase all the 304 apartment units with a gross floor area of 32,448 square metres (sqm).
The average selling price was around $27,837 (RMB133,000) per sqm.

Suhe Century, a joint venture project with Huafa Industrial Co., is located in Jingan District in Shanghai, is next to Shanghai Suzhou River and is connected to key thoroughfares and close to stations of three metro lines.
Yanlord said the project covers a site area of 28,288 sqm and has a gross floor area of 74,746 sqm which is composed of high-end residential apartments, cultural institutions, offices, and commercial developments.
