ARA Asset Management promotes Justina Chiu Yu to CEO

She replaced Anthony Ang Meng Huat as as part of ARA Asset Management's succession planning.

ARA Asset Management announced the appointment of Justina Chiu Yu to chief executive officer.

Ms Chiu, 34, will be responsible for the overall performance and direction of Fortune REIT.

She was employed by ARA Asset Management from 2008 and has been an executive director since 2010. She is also the deputy CEO of the ARA Asset Management, and the chairman of each of the Disclosures Committee and Designated Committee. She is responsible for the overall performance and direction of Fortune REIT. Prior to her appointment as deputy CEO of the Manager, she was the COO of the Manager overseeing strategic planning, investment, asset management and investor relationsm accoridng to an ARA Asset Management report.

She was previously with ARA Asset Management from 2003 to 2006, where she was involved in various functions of the company including finance, research and investment, asset management and investor relations.
