Capitaland named Lim Cho Pin as CFO
He previously had various positions in HSBC Global Banking.
Mr. Lim, 47, has 20 years of investment banking and capital markets experience locally and internationally. As CFO, he leads the finance, group treasury, group tax, group risk management, and investor relations functions. He is also responsible for administrative matters of the internal audit which reports to the Audit Committee.
His previous work experience includes being head of SEA Coverage Advisory, Singapore since last year and also head of SEA Real Estate since 2015. Before that, he worked for SEA Investment Banking from 2004 to 2015 in various positions.
