CapitaLand Singapore appoints Wen Khai Meng as CEO

He will head the residential, commercial property business.

According to a release, the appointment is executive in nature. Mr Wen will drive the residential and commercial property businesses in Singapore.

Given Mr Wen’s extensive experience in directing investment activities and managing financial services unit of CapitaLand Group, the Board is confident that Mr Wen will be able to apply his experience to effectively spearhead the growth of CapitaLand Group’s residential and commercial property businesses in Singapore and contribute effectively as the Chief Executive Officer of CapitaLand Singapore, CapitaLand Limited and a key management personnel of CapitaLand Group.

He was former CEO of CapitaLand Financial and Chief Investment Officer of CapitaLand Limited.
