Cedar Strategic Holdings appoints Tay Hun Kiat as director

The board bellieves that his experience and ability to contribute to the board will provide guidance to the management of the company.

Cedar Strategic Holdings announced the appointment of Tay Hun Kiat as non-executive independent director.

Mr Tay, 53, will also be chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and a member of Audit Committee and Renumeration Committee, according to a Cedar Strategic Holdings report.

He is currently a partner of Prometheus Partners since 2013. Prior to this, he was executive vice president of Singbridge Corporate Private in 2013, CEO and director of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Investment and Development Company from 2010 to 2013 and CEO (infrastructure) of Universal Success from 2008 to 2010.
