Cedar Strategic Holdings appoints Yang Luoqing as executive director

He is currently a director in three different companies.

Cedar Strategic Holdings announced the appointment of Yang Luoqing as executive director.

Among the responsibilities of Mr Yang, 43, are to attain business objectives and financial targets; lead all fund raising efforts; manage corporate governance compliance, manage all investments, divestments, joint-ventures, collaborations; and implement policies and plans laid down by the board.

He is currently a director at Chengdu Zhangyang Investment Co since 2013, Sichuan Medical Technology Services Co since 2013 and Gaoxian Zhangyang Landscaping Co since 2011. He was a lawyer at Sichuan Pengyu Law Practice from 1998 to 2013, according to a Cedar Strategic Holdings report.
