Chee Keng Soon retires as City Developments director
He held the position for 19 years.
City Developments announced the retirement of Chee Keng Soon as lead independent director.
Mr Chee, 81, was also the the chairman of the Audit and Risk Committes and a member of Nominating and Remuneration Committees, according to a City Developments report.
He was appointed to the post on 29 March 1995.
