The Board of China Yuanbang Property Holdings announced the resignation of Chen Dongmei as China Yuanbang Property Holdings' Finance Manager.
Chen, 42, was responsible for the finance and accounting matters of the Group, according to a China Yuanbang Property Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post 1 January 2002.
