City Developments names Grant L. Kelley as CEO

The Board considered his extensive working experience in the real estate and real estate-related industries, fund management as well as the hospitality industry.

City Developments announced the appointment of Grant L. Kelley as chief executive officer.

Mr Kelley, 49, will have executive responsibilities for the business direction, overall development and management of the Groups businesses and the implementation of the business strategies and decisions of the Board in the operations of the Group, according to a City Developments report.

He was head of Real Estate, Asia Pacific at Apollo Global Management from March 2010 until his appointment. Before this, he was CEO and founder of Holdfast Capital from October 2008 to February 2010, and CEO, Asia Pacific at Colony Capital from June 2004 to September 2008.
