Colliers has strengthened its teams in Occupier Services and Industrial Advisory with several key appointments and promotions.
Based in Singapore, June Chua has been hired as Head of Tenant Representation in Singapore bringing over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Chua will be responsible for leading the Colliers Tenant Representation team within Occupier Services, with a focus on growing the firm’s market share in representing tenants’ space requirements in office, business park, industrial and retail.
Meanwhile, Tridiana Ong has been hired as Executive Director of tenant representation in Singapore. Ong brings with her more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience and has a proven track record in providing strategic transaction advisory services to corporate occupier clients.
Also based in Singapore, Lynus Pook has been appointed as senior director of regional industrial advisory in Asia. Pook is tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with industrial owners, occupiers, developers and investors as part of the regional industrial advisory platform. With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Pook is a Certified Data Centre Specialist with a proven track record in Industrial brokerage.
