Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) named Lam Juck Ngai as CEO
He succeeded Low Chee Wah.
Mr. Lam, 47, was identified as CEO as part of the group's succession planning and assumed wider responsibilities within the group.
He has around 23 years of experience in the Singapore and regional property markets spanning the areas of investment, asset management, advisory and research, and has held various senior management appointments. He has also been involved in REIT management since the its outset in Singapore in 2002.
He now works closely with the board to determine the overall business and investment strategy of Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT). He is also responsible for the general management of FCOT, which includes managing its finances, resources, and public relations as well as overseeing the management of assets and investments of FCOT.
He was general manager in the commercial property division of Frasers Centrepoint from July 2011. Before that, he was deputy CEO and head of investment from October 2009 to June 2011 and senior investment manager from March 2006 to September 2009 for Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management.
