Frasers Commercial Trust's Financial Controller resigns

But Soh Chiong Siong Wilson will be Senior Manager, Finance - Special Projects, in the commercial property division of the holding company of FCAMC, Frasers Centrepoint Limited.

The Board of Frasers Commercial Trust announced the resignation of Soh Chiong Siong Wilson as Financial Controller. Mr Soh will relinquish his appointment in Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) Ltd. ('FCAMC") to take on new responsibilities as Senior Manager, Finance - Special Projects, in the commercial property division of the holding company of FCAMC, Frasers Centrepoint Limited.

Mr Soh is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance & taxation and provides support for compliance and treasury functions, according to a Frasers Commercial Trust report.

Mr Soh, 53, was appointed to the post 11 May 2009.
