GuocoLand CFO Lim Yoke Tuan steps down

The group said it will identify a suitable candidate to assume the CFO position.

Property developer GuocoLand has announced the resignation of its chief financial officer (CFO) Lim Yoke Tuan in an exchange filing.

Guocoland said that Tuan is leaving the company on 14 July to pursue other career opportunities.

Tuan was responsible for all financial matters, including financial reporting, taxation, risk management, and treasury functions of the GuocoLand group.

GuocoLand said it will identify a suitable candidate to assume the group’s CFO position to replace Tuan and will announce its appointment in due course.

Tuan has held 41 dictatorships as of his resignation.
