Indiabulls Property Management Trustee appoints Savita Singh as director

The board believes she has significant real estate and legal experience to contribute to the trust.

Indiabulls Property Management Trustee announced the appointment of Savita Singh as independent non-executive director.

Ms Singh, 48, is a partner with the Real Estate team at Khaitan & Co LLP and is experienced in all kinds of property transactions, litigations arising out of property transactions and allied matters. Ms Singh's experience includes drafting real estate transactional documents of all kind of general real estate advisory work; due diligence of properties; handling litigations arising out of property transactions; and allied matters. Ms Singh has advised various owners, buyers, developers, corporate houses, individuals, domestic investors and foreign investors regarding transactions related to immovable properties and various issues related thereto including structuring, according to an Indiabulls Property Management Trustee report.

She is a post graduate in English Literature from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana) and a law graduate from Mumbai University. She has professional affiliations with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
