Indiabulls Property Management Trustee names Mehul Charles Christopher Johnson as director

The company believes his vast experience in infrastructure construction business, hotels and acquisition, development and marketing of real estate will be instrumental for the board.

Indiabulls Property Management Trustee announced the appointment of Mehul Charles Christopher Johnson as non-executive non-independent director.

Mr Johnson, 42, will also be a member of the Audit Committee, according to an Indiabulls Property Management Trustee report.

He serves as president of Indiabulls Real Estate Limited and is responsible for a large part of its business. He has been instrumental in acquiring and constructing new properties as well as marketing existing ones. Mr. Johnson is also the founder of an infrastructure construction business where he successfully executed several prestigious projects by leading institutions, including National Highway Authority of India and Prime Ministers Rural Road Development Scheme. He has more than 15 years of experience in the hotel business. He graduated from Punjab University (India) with a degree in Economics.
