Forterra Trust announced the resignation of Jack Yang as chief operating officer.
Mr Yang, 52, was responsible for the Real Estate Services Division of the company, incorporating the development, leasing and asset management fuctions of the business across China, according to a Forterra Trust report.
He was appointed to the post 28 July 2011.
