The Board of CapitaMall Trust announced the resignation of James Koh Cher Siang as chairman effective 17 April 2013.
Mr Koh, 67, was also chairman of the Corporate Disclosure Committee and chairman of the Investment Committee.
He was appointed to the post 1 January 2009.
