K-REIT Asia names Eve Chan Chief Financial Officer

The company sees Chan as instrumental in strengthening its position as a pan-Asian REIT.

K-REIT Asia Management Limited ("KRAM") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Eve Chan as its Chief Financial Officer with effect from 15 October 2010.

Ms Chan, 40, has more than 18 years of experience in group finance, tax, accounting, corporate finance and treasury where she held various senior finance roles with portfolios that span the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. She has also been involved in numerous corporate exercises such as mergers, acquisition and divestment exercises, Public Offering launches as well as the organisation and structuring of several private equity real estate funds and real estate investment trusts, according to a Keppel report.

Ms Ng Hsueh Ling, Chief Executive Officer of KRAM, said, "Eve's experience and in-depth financial expertise will contribute to K-REIT Asia's growth and strengthen our position as a pan-Asian REIT."

Ms Chan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore as well as a CPA Australia.
