Mr Teo stepped down from post after 21 years of service to the company.
The Board of Keppel Land announced the resignation of Teo Soon Hoe as Director
Mr. Teo, 63, was Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee, according to a Keppel Land report.
He was appointed to the post 16 May 1991.
