Keppel REIT appoints Ivan Lim Ming Rean as CFO

He replaced Johnnie Tng Chin Hwee, who steps down because of personal reasons.

Keppel REIT announced the appointment of Ivan Lim Ming Rean as chief financial officer.

Mr Lim, 37, will be responsible for Keppel REIT Management's financial functions, including accounting, taxation, treasury, capital management, compliance and reporting functions of Keppel REIT and its subsidiaries.

He was head of Capital Markets of Keppel REIT Management Limited, Singapore from August 2010 until his appointment. Before this, he was financial controller, Korea and Japan of Ascendas Pte Ltd, Singapore from July 2008 to August 2010 and corporate finance manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust Management, Singapore from July 2006 to July 2008, according to a Keppel REIT report.
