Pollux Properties announced the resignation of Koh Teng Kiat as non-executive independent director.
Mr Koh, 58, was also Audit Committee chairman and a member of the Remuneration and Nominating Committees.
He was appointed to the post on 19 September 2011, according to a Pollux Properties report.
