The Board of Ying Li International Real Estate announced the resignation of Lim Gee Kiat as senior vice president for finance.
Mr Lim, 43, was responsible for the corporate finance function and any other tasks assigned by the Chairman, according to a Ying Li International Real Estate report.
He was appointed to the post 26 September 2011.
