Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust Management names Tan Su Shan as independent non-executive director

She was recognized as th best leader in private banking.

She was the first Singaporean to be recognised by PWM/The Banker. She was also the first Asian named outstanding private banker of the year by Private Banker International.

Miss Tan, 49, is managing director and group head of Wealth Management since June 2010 and group head of Consumer Banking since March 2013 at DBS Bank.
Prior to that, she was head of Private Wealth Management for Southeast Asia at Morgan Stanley's from May 2008 to March 2010. She was regional head for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei at Citi Private Bank from November 2005 to April 2008. She was executive director at Morgan Stanley in Singapore from 1997 to 2005.

She has a Master of Arts from Oxford University and in 2006 she participated in the Senior Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
