Ng Kheng Choo steps down as SingHaiyi Group CFO
But she remains as the group's COO.
SingHaiyi Group announced the resignation of Ng Kheng Choo as group CFO.
Ms Ng, 40, was responsible for overseeing the corporate, commercial and financial activities of the group and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
She will cease from the position of CFO of the company upon the appointment of Jackson Tay Eng Kiat. She is currently the group COO of the company since 16 July 2014, as mentioned in a SingHaiyi Group report.
She was appointed to the CFO post on 15 July 2013.
