Perennial China Retail Trust Management names Ong Lay Hua as CFO

Her more than 20 years of finance, accounting, audit, tax structuring and financial reporting experience earned her the post.

Perennial China Retail Trust Management announced the appointment of Ong Lay Hua as chief financial officer.

Ms Ong, 44, will be assisting the CEO in overseeing the financial, accounting, capital management and risk management strategies of PCRT.

She was senior director, group finance for Fortis Healthcare Global from June 2011 to February 2014, director of finance of Hyflux from September 2006 to February 2011 and regional administration and control manager of TNT Express Worldwide N.V. from June 2006 to September 2006, according to a Perennial China Retail Trust Management report.
