Regal International Group appoints Helen Poh Yan Peng as financial controller and company secretary

She was audit senior manager at RSM Chio Lim LLP.

Regal International Group announced the appointment of Helen Poh Yan Peng as financial controller and company secretary.

Ms Poh, 42, will be responsible for the Group's financial accounting, financial reporting as well as matters related to corporate finance of the Group. Her responsibilities also include fund flow management, management reporting and tax planning.

She was audit senior manager at RSM Chio Lim LLP from March 2014 until her appointment. Before this, she was practice monitoring manager of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP from December 2007 to September 2009, according to a Regal International Group report.
