Sinarmas Land appoints Ferdinand Sadeli as Executive Director

He is also assigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Group.

The Board of Sinarmas Land approved the appointment of Mr Ferdinand Sadeli as executive director and chief financial officer of the Company, upon recommendation of the Nominating Committee for appointment after the selection process which included a review of his qualifications and experience.

Mr Sadeli assumes the responsibilities as executive director and chief financial officer of Sinarmas Land Limited and its group of companies, according to a Sinarmas Land report.

Prior to the appointment he was Chief Investment Officer of Sinarmas Land Limited in January 2012 to present. In the past, he was Director, Investment Bank (Indonesia Country Coverage) of PT Barclays Capital Securities Indonesia from October 2010 to January 2012 and Finance Director/ Chief Financial Officer of PT Bakrieland Development Tbk from July 2007 to October 2010.
