Sincap Group appoints Lynn Tee as general manager for property division

Her current experience in Australian deals and her past involvement in property transactions have earned her the post.

Sincap Group announced the appointment of Lynn Tee as general manager for property division.

Ms Tee, 32, will be in charge of managing the company's property assets and representing the company in dealing with external parties (including suppliers, contractors and procurement professionals) for matters relating to the development or redevelopment of the Company's property assets. She will report to the board and the CEO directly, according to a Sincap Group report.

She was senior associate at Lionbridge Asset Management Singapore from December 2011 to 31 October 2014, equities dealer at State One Stockbroking, Perth, Western Australia from February 2010 to November 2011 and portfolio corporate actions at Core Equity Services, Perth, Western Australia from September 2007 to January 2010.
