SingHaiyi Group appoints two non-executive directors

Lim Cheong Tong and David Hwang Soo Chin were appointed because of their contributions as persons holding senior executive roles.

The Board od SingHaiyi Group announced the appointment of Lim Cheong Tong and David Hwang Soo Chin as non-executive directors.

Mr Lim, 56, held senior management positions of Zenecon Group of Companies. Currently, Mr Lim is Executive Chairman of the Zenecon Group to lead the Zenecon Group of Companies and improve its competitive standing.

Meanwhile, Mr Hwang, 65, held senior management positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chairman in both listed and non-listed entities involved in property development and manufacturing businesses and board appointments in various public listed companies in Singapore and abroad. Currently, Mr Hwang is the Independent Director of Longcheer Holdings Ltd and Chairman of its Nominating Committee, according to a SingHaiyi Group report.
