Tan Shu Lin resigns as Ascendas REIT head of Capital Markets and Transactions and Singapore Portfolio Operations

Ms Tan has been with Ascendas Funds Management, the manager of Ascendas REIT, since 2008.

Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (Ascendas REIT) announced the resignation of Tan Shu Lin as head of Capital Markets and Transactions and Singapore Portfolio Operations effective 25 October 2013.

As Head, Capital Markets and Transactions, Ms Tan, 40, is responsible for managing AREIT's capital structure and investors relations. Meanwile, as head of Singapore Portfolio Operations, she is responsible for supervising the operations team responsible for the performance of Ascendas REIT's properties in Singapore.

She was appointed to the post 2 June 2008, according to an Ascendas REIT report.
