Treasury China Trust appoints Graham Sugden as Director

The Board of Treasury China Trust announced the appointment of Graham Sugden as Director. The Board is of the opinion that given Mr. Sugden's experience in the Asian real estate markets, his appointment to the Trustee-Manager will enhance the existing knowledge and skill set of the Board as well as raising the profile of TCT.

Mr Sugden, 56, will be an Independent Director and will also be appointed to the Audit Committee and Unit Option Scheme Committee, according to a TCT report.

He was Head of Asian Funds Management AMP Capital Investors (Singapore) Pte Ltd. from 2008 to 2012. Prior to this he was CEO AMP Capital Investors (Singapore) REIT Management Limited from 2007 to 2008 and General Manager, Macquarie Office Trust, Macquarie Real Estate Capital, Sydney from 2006 to 2007.
