Treasury China Trust names Yoon Wai Nam as Director

He will also be appointed to the Audit Commitee and Unit Option Scheme Committee.

The Board of Treasury China Trust announced the appointment of Yoon Wai Nam as Director. The Board is of the opinion that given Mr. Yoon's experience working in senior positions for multinational corporations in Asia, in particular his previous roles as Chief Financial Officer, his appointment to the Trustee-Manager will bring an added value to the Board. 

Mr. Yoon, 51, is currently Director of Centre for Non Profit Leadership in Singapore from July 2011 to present. Prior to this he was Country Head for Monsanto in the Phillipipines from December 2007 - October 2010 and Chief Financial Officer for Titan Petrochemicals Group Limited in Singapore from May 2006 to December 2007, according to a Treasury China Trust report.
