Weiye Holdings appoints Zhang Wei as CEO

He is Executive Chairman of the Company from 2011 to present.

The Board of Weiye Holdings announced the appointment of Zhang Wei as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Zhang, 43, will undertake overall business operations and management of the Group and reports to the Board of Directors of the Group. He will be responsible for setting business strategies and management of the Group which involves high-level decisions about policy and strategy and motivates employees, and drives change within the organization, according to a Weiye Holdings report.

He is also Executive Chairman of Great Spirit Management Limited and subsidiaries from 2004 to present. Before this he was President of the Henan Province Port Association and oversaw the running of the association from 2002 to 2003.
