Ying Li International Real Estate names Cai Mingyi as Financial Controller

He is a trained accountant familiar with regulatory reporting matters of listed companies.

The Board of Ying Li International Real Estate announced the appointment of Cai Mingyi as Financial Controller.

Mr Cai, 30, will be responsible for assisting the Group CFO in overseeing the Group's financial functions including accounting, internal controls, financial and management reporting, tax, treasury, financial analysis, M&A and risk management, according to a Ying Li International Real Estate report.

Previosly he was Advisory Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from Sept. 2010 to Oct. 2012 and Assurance Senior Associate of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from Dec. 2007 to Sept. 2010.
