CapitaLand expands its corporate learning and development institute to China
More than 6,000 CapitaLand staff based in China will have more opportunities to improve themselves and enhance their work performance.
CapitaLand said the expansion of its corporate learning and development institute, CapitaLand Institute of Management and Business, to China is part of the company’s commitment to its “Building People” credo by promoting core values alignment, strategic workplace learning, and leadership development among its over 12,000 staff worldwide.
CLIMB China, with its office located in Shanghai, is CapitaLand’s first learning institute outside Singapore.
