Four in 10 S’poreans say superiors recognise importance of payments
This positions the city-state ahead of all the markets surveyed.
Four in 10 payment leaders in Singapore said their superiors recognise the importance of payments, driving the profession's growth, according to a Primer survey.
This puts the city-state ahead of all the markets surveyed with the United Kingdom at 33%, Australia at 25%, France at 17% and the United States at just 9%.
Singaporean leaders are also ahead in expressing their need to improve their payment technology (51%) and piloting new technologies (50%).
Moreover, 54% want more budget for their payments stack whilst 53% wish for more payment knowledge across their business.
