8 in 10 Singaporeans think office romance must be allowed in workplace

As long as both are single.

According to a recent survey by JobStreet, 8 in 10 office staff surveyed agreed it was easier to find a partner within the workplace and felt that office romance should be allowed between single co-workers.

32% of them admitted to dating a co-worker at least once in their career while 13% admitted to dating co-workers at least twice.

The notion that office romance would not last was disputed by 57% of office staff who claimed they dated their co-worker for at least one year while working in the same company. 27% of office staff surveyed ended up marrying their co-worker.
