FWA is still the most important non-monetary benefit for jobseekers

Randstad advised that firms should use tech to enhance talent insights.

A study by human resources firm Randstad showed that a flexible working scheme is still the number one non-monetary benefit for those looking for employers.

According to the study, Generation Z workers (93%) and Millennials (92%) require flexible arrangements when looking for a job.

Companies should monitor how their industries are developing by using technology to gain new talent insights, Randstad said.

Technology also helps companies “make data-driven decisions to reduce turnover and remain ahead of the game.”

Another data also showed in the study was the number of people who want to work from home has started to decline.

From 71% in 2021, it fell to 58% and in 2023, it declined to 50%.

“By embracing flexible work, companies can meet modern workforce expectations and preferences while enjoying benefits like improved employee satisfaction and retention,” read the study.
