Gov’t declares pay adjustments for the administrative service, judicial and statutory appointment holders
The adjustments of salaries are between 5% and 12% starting in October.
The Public Service Division (PSD) will be modifying the wages of the administrative service and judicial and some statutory appointment holders between 5% and 12% to retain talent for key leadership positions.
In a statement, the PSD said these positions will also have adjusted salary ranges.
Starting 1 October, over 300 judicial and statutory appointment holders will benefit from the salary alterations.
The judicial appointment holders include the chief justice, judges of the court of appeal, judges of the appellate division, judges of the high court, and judicial commissioners. The selected statutory appointment holders include the attorney-general, deputy attorneys-general, public service commission chairman, and auditor-general.
