Half of small business leaders eye hiring fewer people due to AI
Three in 10 said there will be no changes in their workforce count.
Over half (54%) of 500 small business leaders revealed they plan to reduce headcount in their workforce in the next three years because of AI, a Xero survey showed.
The other half which is 33% said their hiring will stay the same, the study also revealed.

The Xero research also indicated that an average small business leader seeks 40% of their business software/systems will use AI in the next three years.
