Here are the top sectors to work for in Singapore

Life sciences emerged on top.

Out of all the 10 sectors, life sciences is the most attractive one to work for with a score of 59.2 points out of 100 points.

According to Randstad’s study, the life sciences’ score grew 6.4% from 2022. It was followed by hospitality and recreation and services (security, facilities, and catering).

The attractiveness of the semiconductor manufacturing sector registered the best improvement, as their year-on-year attractiveness score increased from 39.2 to 49.3 points.

There are 2,753 locally-based respondents who answered the independent survey commissioned by Randstad Singapore. The government has previously created schemes to help the sector secure more talent amidst the global chip shortage.
