Skills that have consistently ranked among the top 10 in 2012, 2017, and 2022 include documentation, audit and compliance, quality assurance, business opportunities development, legal and compliance management, continuous improvement management, and sales and business development.
The top skills sought in the data management cluster also remained relatively consistent over the past decade, with customer data analysis, data protection management, and artificial intelligence application as the skills that became more important in 2022.
Skills that have consistently ranked among the top 10 in 2012, 2017, and 2022 include programming and coding, big data analytics, applications development, engineering problem solving, automation research and implementation, applications support and enhancement, and human resource digitalisation.
